August 9th's Farm-to-Table Dinner Banquet Features
Chefs Erica Oakley and Ian Stricklin in collaboration to serve up a midsummer meal straight from the gardens at Bountiful!
The event begins about an hour before sunset (7:00 pm) with a garden-inspired craft cocktail and appetizer walkabout through the flower and food gardens with Bountiful owner and only farmer, Tracy Martin. Once seated, guests will enjoy 4-course community-style, farm-to-table dinner, locally-sourced and fresh from farm to table!
Ticket all-inclusive, cocktail-hour farm tour with appetizer, live music, four-course meal, ingredients sourced locally, organically, primarily at Bountiful Farm & Floral, along with drink pairings to compliment our guest chefs' unique culinary creations.
*Event takes place in the hours before sunset, 7:00-10:00 pm
*Free parking available on site!

For August, we welcome Chefs Erica Oakley and Ian Stricklin!!
-Chef Erica Oakley, Executive Chef at Top Out Cafe has been involved in the food and beverage inductry for 20+ years and is active as a member of Team Indiana, representing our proud city at national cooking competitions. She brings a lively creativity to every kitchen she enters and we're so lucky to have her for our August Farm-to-Table Dinner Banquet!!
-Chef Ian Stricklin is a Private Chef from Greenwood, Indiana. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Ian has had his hands in all types of cuisines. He has been involved with Team Indiana for 8 years and is a top 10 World Food Championship finalist, a Culinary Fight Club champion, and a long-time participant in all things involving Food Sports.
